Whistler Olympic Park (WOP) re-opens this Friday and various summer activities are on tap.

Visitors are invited to stay at one of the park's full-service or unserviced campgrounds, including the only group site near Whistler, to maximize access to Callaghan Valley's hiking and bike trails.

Daily admission to WOP is currently free of charge. Other leisure options include sightseeing, a brand-new nine-hole disc golf course built by the Squamish Disc Golf Club and Whistler Disc Golf Club, and a summer biathlon experience that allows guests to fire an authentic .22 calibre rifle at the park's Olympic shooting range.

WOP is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with summer dates ranging from June 28 to September 30. More information is available here.
