Canada Day in Whistler looks like it will start off with sunshine before some light showers kick in at about 11 a.m., according to Environment Canada.
A high of 23 C is expected on Friday (27 in Pemberton), with a 30-per-cent chance of rain.
Saturday calls for sunshine and a high of 25, with more rain expected on Sunday (60 per cent chance).
This year's Canada Day celebrations in Whistler will include food, music, art and reflection on Canada's past and present relationship with its Indigenous Peoples.
Rain or shine, the Sam Roberts Band will take the stage at Whistler Olympic Plaza to kick off the Whistler Summer Concert Series starting at 6:30 p.m.
