A local worker imprisoned for sexual assault has had his appeal dismissed.

Whistler’s first quarter of 2024 was a mixed bag of numbers for the local economy.

There were 214 crashes recorded in Whistler in 2023, according to annual ICBC data—well down from 297 recorded the year before. 

More than 200 Whistler residents appeared at the July 9 regular council meeting in a display of force to show their opposition to a recent closed council meeting decision.
