Whenever I see an unleashed dog on the Valley [Trail] I come to just about a stop because you do not know what they might do.
It’s the same when you spot a person with leash in hand and no dog in sight.
The reason I take this action is because in the past few years a couple of bikers have suffered serious face injuries when a dog has suddenly appeared in front of them.
