Whistler Fire and Rescue Service (WFRS) attended a house fire in the Blueberry subdivsion of Whistler yesterday, June 28, as temperatures soared in the resort thanks to the ongoing heat wave.
Though the fire spread to the roof of the home, it was contained and prevented from spreading to the nearby forested area.
