It's certainly fitting that this year's winner of the girls' age 11-12 Kidsworx B-Line DH is named Harriet Rush.
The youngster grabbed gold in a competitive field with a time of three minutes and 49.636 seconds. A tight battle ensued for the remaining two spots on the podium, with Indy Tomic collecting a second silver medal to mirror her enduro result (3:51.943). Less than eight-tenths of a second back was Zoe Knight with bronze (3:52.021).
Skye Greene emerged victorious in the boys' 11-12 race (3:28.514). Kyan Macleod acquitted himself well in the runner-up spot (3:28.995), and Max Darlow followed up his enduro triumph with a third-place performance (3:29.075).
Moving to the girls' 9-10 event, we have Ayva Girvan on top (4:19.000) as Charlie Fripp (4:20.380) and Isabel Howard (4:22.678) filled out the top three in that order.
Weston Lukens was the class of his field in the same age bracket (3:37.981), leaving second-placer Sam Scott more than 10 seconds in his wake (3:48.697). Winston Rush earned third (3:50.931).
Amelie Mckay Huck was even more dominant at the girls' U8 contest with a title-winning 4:27.570. That's nearly 15 seconds faster than silver medallist Karis Roy (4:42.468) and 17 seconds up on bronze-position athlete Aurora Faccio (4:44.611).
Once more, it was Max French prevailing among U8 boys (3:57.760) by a large margin. Ryder Goodson (4:10.129) edged out Pacifico Sarmiento (4:10.573) for the podium's second step.
