The Sea to Sky Highway remains partially closed between Squamish and Whistler due to a serious overnight crash near Daisy Lake Road.
RCMP's Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS) remains on the scene (as of 7 a.m.) for the crash that happened about 2 a.m. on Nov. 26.
ICARS is called out to do forensic reconstructions of crashes that have led to serious injury or death.
A post on X by ICARS reconstructionist Cpl. Dave Noon says there is no estimated time for fully reopening the highway.
Alternating traffic is currently in place. DriveBC says that the northbound lanes are blocked to facilitate the crash investigation, with northbound traffic using one of the southbound lanes.
Noon also posted that the highway is icy throughout the Sea to Sky Corridor this morning.

Southbound has been reduced to one [1] lane, with northbound traffic shifting into a southbound lane to bypass the vehicle incident.
