These graphs come from the Resort Municipality of Whistler's 2021 Annual Climate Action Report, which was presented at the Tuesday, Aug. 2 council meeting.
In the report, new projections were revealed indicating temperatures in the resort could rise several degrees in the next 40 to 60 years and that Whistler still has a ways to go in reducing its greenhouse gas output, as emissions rose 17 per cent in 2021.
