The Pemberton Arts Council (PAC) is bringing the Mountain Muse Festival back to the Valley—and it’s on the hunt for local musicians to bring the event to life.

The two-day festival is set to return on June 13 and 14 at the Downtown Community Barn with a free, all-ages event with music, vendors and crafts from 2 to 6 p.m. on Friday, followed by a 19-plus ticketed, live concert on Saturday from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m.

Performers can be bands, solo artists or DJs, with priority given to local and diverse performers. The PAC is looking for a diverse range of acts.

The Pemberton Arts Council ran a survey at the end of 2024, asking residents what they wanted to see from the Pemberton arts scene—including potential Mountain Muse acts. PAC executive director Cléa Thomas previously told Pique respondents asked for a diverse range of acts at the Mountain Muse this year—and in particular, to differentiate it from the Barn Dance that traditionally takes place in the fall.

The deadline to apply is Saturday, April 5, at 6 p.m. To apply, visit the PAC’s website.
