Heads up, Whistler: More snow is in the forecast.
The resort could see up to 15 centimetres fall tonight, according to a Special Weather Statement posted by Environment Canada.
"A Pacific frontal system moving in from the north will spread mixed precipitation to the south coast tonight," the statement reads.
"Lower elevations of Metro Vancouver and western Fraser Valley will receive mostly rain while areas further inland and over higher elevations will have snowfall accumulations. Up to 5 cm is forecast for the North Shore and over west and central Fraser Valley while up to 15 cm is expected in the Sea to Sky Corridor. Squamish and Hope may receive near 10 cm if the snow isn't too wet."
