Highway 99 was closed in both directions Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 23, following a vehicle incident on Suicide Hill between Soo Valley Road and Nairn Falls Provincial Park, south of Pemberton.
A logging truck reportedly experienced issues on the hill resulting in the vehicle sliding sideways across both lanes of traffic.
The highway opened to single-lane alternating traffic at around 1 p.m., about one kilometre south of Nairn Falls.
An assessment is in progress, and drivers are still advised to expect significant delays.
