December might be the busiest time of the year for Santa, but he wasn't too busy to accept a few Whistler first responders' invitations to deliver some Christmas cheer to local families this week.
Santa made his way south to the resort Monday, trading in his sleigh for a fire truck he used to drive through Whistler's sub-divisions Monday and Tuesday evenings as part of a socially-distanced Santa Parade. He's been spotted across town, waving hello and offering socially-distanced holiday greetings before he heads back to the North Pole.
On Wednesday, the big man in red is due to make his way through Brio, Alta Vista, Tapleys, Whitegold and the Village—keep your eyes peeled, and make sure you're not gathering with anyone outside of your household if you want to keep your spot on the nice list!
