Weeks after gracing the most recent Mountain Muse Festival. the New Mountain Rangers are participating in the Point Artist-Run Centre (PARC) Sunday Concert Series.
Jeff Heintzman, Mike Grenzer, Brett Florio and Rajan Das bring a diverse repertoire to the stage, from jazz to bluegrass to classic Westerns and covers of titans like The Beatles, Neil Young and Stevie Wonder. They're excited to share their stuff with as many folks as possible.
"The community aspect of [playing live] is just so wonderful, and also so critical to modern life," opines Florio. "There's so much going on all the time. Everybody's busy and nobody has as much money as they need. The personal connections that we can foster in the community are key, and that's [what happens] in Whistler and Pemberton."
Drop by the PARC from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. this Sunday to hear the New Mountain Rangers play, rain or shine. More information is available here.
