Chef David Hawksworth and his team at Hawksworth Restaurant have announced a partnership with Whistler Blackcomb (WB) for the first outdoor dining pop-up event atop Whistler Mountain.

Guests are invited to the Roundhouse Lodge atop Whistler Mountain for a four-course dinner with welcome cocktail and wine pairings on Aug. 8 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. amidst a backdrop of the summer alpine landscape.

“Our team is excited to share this opportunity and to create a truly sensational mountaintop dining event,” says Hawksworth in a press release. “We are committed to delivering an exceptional menu packed with creativity and flavour that reflects the magnificence of the setting and Whistler’s reputation as a world-class destination.”

Guests will be greeted with live entertainment, a signature cocktail and a selection of canapés. Dishes will be mated with wines from Tantalus, as winemaker David Paterson joins to introduce his meticulously crafted wares.

The Hawksworth pop-up is priced at $199.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity. For more information including the full menu and to make online reservations visit the WB website.
